Articles that you provide your contacts with need not always be promotional, for many individuals find such types of email annoying. Rather, it would be better if you provide them with something informative and just add small text ads that link to your merchant's site.

*Offline Promotion

There are many ways on how you can promote your affiliate products offline. Among the common medium used for such promotions are classified ads, brochures and flyers. Classified ads would generally work better compared to the other two because classified ads in periodicals often get a wider audience.

*Writing Free e-books

If you have a knack in writing, writing an e-book can be the best way for you to promote your affiliate products in the absence of an actual website. Just like in emails and newsletters, your readers would better appreciate your e-book if it is not too promotional but rather informative. Be sure, however, to make the contents of your e-books relative to the actual affiliate products you are promoting. *Online discussions (Forums, Chats, Message Boards, etc.)

With or without a website, you just can't ignore online discussions because they are great venues for marketing your affiliate products. In chats, forums, message boards and discussion boards with topics related to your products, you can easily find people who may be interested with the products you are promoting.

With all these strategies, it may appear that one really doesn't need to have a website to start marketing his affiliate products and promoting his affiliate programs. Well, starting in an affiliate program without a website may be easy, but getting successful in affiliate marketing without a website is another thing. While one can actually gain enormous success in affiliate marketing even without a website, it is a rare instance that "newbies" like us can reach the same levels of success.

Having a website is not really a pre-requisite in entering into an affiliate program, unless otherwise the program owner would require you to have one. But while this is so, I would still recommend that you have for yourself a website, if not now, then maybe at a later time. Having a website creates a lot of advantages in affiliate marketing. For one, it provides you a place where you can creatively promote not only one of your affiliate products but all of your affiliate products. With a website, you can also advertise your affiliate products to a wider market.

Again, having a website is not a requirement in affiliate marketing. But with the advantages that a website can provide, I'd rather have one for myself and make affiliate marketing a lot easier for me.<FW>

The Different Types Of Affiliate Marketing

 

Affiliate marketing programs has never been as popular before as it is today. Why? There can be a number of reasons. The most probable reason, however, could be the fact that the benefits of affiliate marketing have become clearer to a lot of people now than they were before.

Today, both the merchants and the affiliates can see clearly that affiliate marketing can work for both of them. The merchant sees affiliate marketing today as the chance to advertise their products at a lower cost. The affiliates, on the other hand, sees affiliate marketing as an easy way of earning profits online by doing what they like most, and that is by creating websites.

Just as the popularity of affiliate marketing has shifted into greater heights, so has the people's outlook about it changed. No longer is affiliate marketing considered today as an alternative method for the merchant to advertise his products, or as a source of additional income for the affiliates. For merchants and affiliates alike, affiliate marketing is now considered as a main source of profits and revenues.

So the question now is what type of affiliate marketing will work best for you? Are all affiliate marketing programs the same? Are the benefits the same? Or are there affiliate marketing programs that work better than the others?

There are actually different types or classes of affiliate marketing, and the number of types will depend on how one will classify them. The most basic affiliate marketing programs, however, falls under two categories: pay-per-click (PPC), and pay-per-performance (PPP).

• Pay Per Click (PPC)

PPC is the most popular type of affiliate marketing for affiliates with small websites, and probably the easiest way for them to earn money. In this affiliate marketing type, the merchant pays his affiliate whenever a visitor is referred to his site, that is whenever someone clicks through the merchant's banner or text ads. The affiliate gets paid a certain amount even if the visitor he referred does not purchase anything from the merchant's site. However, typical fees for PPC affiliate programs are small, usually not exceeding a dollar for every click.

• Pay Per Performance (PPP)

PPP affiliate marketing is the most popular among merchant and is also the most lucrative type for the affiliates. In this type of affiliate program, the merchant only pays the affiliate whenever his referral translates into an action—that is whenever the visitor he has referred actually buys something from the merchant's site or when the visitor becomes a lead. This means a lot of savings for the merchant. On the other hand, it becomes the most lucrative type for the dedicated affiliate, for commissions in PPP affiliate marketing usually comes in the range of 15% to 20% of the actual product sales.

Pay-per-performance affiliate marketing can be further classified into two popular types: pay-per-sales (PPS) and pay-per-lead (PPL).

o Pay Per Sale (PPS)

In a pay-per-sale type of affiliate marketing, the merchants pay the affiliate a certain fee whenever the visitor he has referred to the merchant's site actually buys something from the merchant's site. Affiliates are often paid on commission basis, although other merchants would opt to pay a fixed fee. But no matter what the basis of the fee is, it is generally higher than the fee paid to affiliates in a pay-per-click affiliate program.

o Pay Per Lead (PPL)

The pay-per-lead type of affiliate marketing is a slight variation of the PPS type and is often used by insurance and finance companies and other companies who rely on leads for their company to grow. In this type of affiliate marketing, the affiliate is paid whenever the visitor he referred to the merchant's site fills up an application form or any similar form related to the business of the company. Compensation for this type of affiliate marketing is based on a fixed fee whose rates approximate that of the fixed fee in the PPS type.

Aside from these three specific types of affiliate marketing, a lot of other affiliate marketing types exist. If the classification is based on the depth of the affiliate network, it can be classified as single-tier, two-tier, and multi-tier affiliate marketing. There is also another type of affiliate marketing that pays the affiliate each time the customer he has referred purchases something from the merchant's site.

• Single-Tier, Two-Tier, and Multi-Tier Affiliate Marketing

These types of affiliate marketing are based on the different levels or tiers in the affiliate network by which payments are made. In a single-tier affiliate marketing program, the affiliates are only paid based on the direct sales or traffic he has referred to the merchant. All the previously mentioned affiliate marketing types (i.e. PPS< PPL, and PPC) fall under the single-tier classification.

• In two-tier affiliate marketing programs, the affiliate is not only paid for the direct traffic or sales that he refers to the merchant's site, but also on every traffic or sales referred by various other affiliates who joined the affiliate program through his recommendation. Multi-tier affiliate marketing works the same way, although the affiliate gets additional commission for a wider number of affiliates in different tiers in the affiliate network.

• Residual Income Affiliate Marketing

In residual income affiliate marketing, the affiliate gets paid not only once for every customer he has referred to the merchant's site. Rather, the affiliate is also paid whenever the customer he has referred returns to the site and purchase another product. Compensation for such type of affiliate marketing is based on either sales percentage commission or fixed fee basis. <FW>

First, the merchant maintains and operates the affiliate program. If it would be extracted, the merchant needs to do their part by researching interested affiliate websites to ensure that they are a good fit for that particular website. Finding a fit for their merchandise would be the key to more generated income. The merchant has access to markets and customers without him spending valuable time searching out. Banner ads on affiliate sites are not distracting to the site user. It might produce interest for that product and drive the consumer to the merchants’ website. It is also the merchant who decides how much he is willing to pay for each sale that results from a visitor sent from an affiliate.

The affiliate or the affiliate marketer also sees a lot of benefits. The affiliate is a web site owner that promotes one or more merchants and their affiliate programs. Affiliate marketing can generate a full-time income for the affiliate. But this is not an easy task to accomplish. The affiliate needs to have a better understanding with the merchant what the commission will be, expected payment method and time involved in the contract. The affiliate has also the responsibility to stand for the merchandise their user based would be most interested in. For example, if the site has a user base of mainly stay-at-home mothers, then on-line job openings such as surveys would be a good match for them. This group would also appreciate direct links to children’s products and informational sites. Merchandisers often provide targeted, best-seller items and personal support to their affiliate. They often offer sales promotions that will benefit the merchandiser as well as the affiliate.

Affiliate marketing is a great situation for both the marketer and the affiliate. If they would work together, they can be an advantage to both. Plus the fact that it seems to make sense, it is easy and inexpensive way to start, and you can be up and running within a few days. But there is one thing to consider, it is how to get traffic and make your offer different than all others. <FW>

Have you come across a person who is so naturally friendly that when you put him inside a room of strangers, he'll be friends with almost everyone in no time? We call such a people-person, someone unbelievably nice and charismatic that he can charm anyone into doing anything.

A socially-empowered person achieves so much greatness, basically because of the people that catapult him to success. He earns the trust and all-out support of the people, whom he had helped before. He never runs out of help. He can do anything with the plethora of people behind him. All because he knows he maximizes his social potential!

See, if you know your social skills and you make use of them, you will reach self-empowerment. Self-empowerment is making a general overhaul in your life and turning yourself into a happier and more successful person.If you can be one of those people-persons, then I can't see any reason why you will not succeed. You just have to know how to start.

1. Be genuine.

Hypocrisy will just bring you all the way down. Be genuinely nice and interested to people. Once they perceive that you are Mr. Hypocrite with selfish intentions, you might as well say goodbye to self-empowerment.

2. Be the greatest listener that you can be.

To earn the love and trust of the people, listen to their problems and sympathize with them. Do not just hear them out, listen to them with your heart. Make eye contact when the person talks to you. Listen as if every word matters, and it does. Brownie points when they find out that there is a confidante in you.

3. Laugh out loud.

I do not mean that you force yourself to laugh for every joke cracked by someone, albeit you do not find it funny at all.This means finding humor in things and not being too darn serious. A person oozing with an awesome sense of humor attracts crowds and eventually, attracts success.

4. Don't forget yourself.

In the process of fluttering around like a social butterfly, you might forget yourself, allowing everyone to push you over. Remember, love and value yourself before anyone else. If you deem yourself respectable and worthy of affection, people will flock to you and not trample on you.

5. Do random acts of kindness.

You don't have to do a John Rockefeller and blow your savings to charity. Little acts of kindness matters the most, and this can be as simple as giving someone a surprise you-take-care card or helping an elderly cross the street. When we were kindergarten students, kindness was taught to us and greatly practiced. Now is the time to revive the good deeds and this time, let them stay for good.

6. Contact your old friends.

Sad how some friendships are destined to goodbye, but thanks to technology, you can do something about it. Relive the good old days by flipping your yearbook and look for the great people whom you want to communicate with again. Adding these old friends to your roster of support peers will surely make you feel good all over.

7. Develop your personality.

Are you grouchy, grumpy and generally morose? Whoa, you can't go through life with those. Get rid of the bad traits and habits that perpetually hamper your growth. And really, who wants a grouchy friend anyway?

8. Be confident.

Be able to stride to the other corner of the room and introduce yourself to people with that winning smile of yours. Just remember: be confident, not arrogant.

9. Practice control.

When angry, don't snap at anyone. Never throw a tantrum. Stay calm and collected. Be adult enough to take control of situation and transform your anger into something more productive and passive. As soon as people think your anger goes to volcanic proportions easily, they will find it hard to come to you.

10. Keep nurturing your relationships.

Your relationship with your family, friends and significant others is too precious that you must not neglect it whatever happens. Go out and have fun with them. Do things together. Happiness will never fly from your side as long as the people who matter the most are close to you.

In the end, using people for self-empowerment means becoming a better and more lovable person. It's a win-win situation: the people know they can turn to you anytime and vice versa.

Kebahagiaan? Siapa sih yang gak kepengin bahagia? Tapi apa sesederhana itu kita bisa men-define arti kebahagiaan itu sendiri. Bukan hal yang aneh kalo hidup di jaman sekarang, kebahagiaan itu diukur dengan hal-hal artificial dan yang kasat mata.. Sejak kita kecil, kepala kita di penuhi oleh pemikiran bahwa dengan memiliki uang yang banyak, hidup kita akan bahagia. Anehnya, begitu kita dewasa, kita dihadapkan kenyataan bahwa uang tidak bisa membeli kebahagiaan. Uang hanya bisa mempermudah hidup kita.Buktinya semakin uang banyak uang kita, kita tidak bisa bernafas dengan lega karena banyak hal yang harus kita lakukan dan banyak waktu kita yang harus kita pergunakan/ditukar dengan uang itu sendiri. Menyedihkan yaaa..Kita bisa punya banyak uang tapi tidak ada waktu keluarga, sahabat bahkan diri kita sendiri.

Seperti yang saya tulis sebelumnya, setiap orang bisa men-define kebahagian buat mereka sendiri. Yup, saya memilih untuk membuka mata lebih lebar untuk memahami setiap hal yang terjadi di dalam hidup saya. Melihat hal-hal kecil di sekeliling saya. Seperti ketika saya mendengar salah satu sahabat (sekaligus mantan co-worker) di tempat saya dulu bekerja harus melepas karir yang dia miliki demi keinginan untuk mendapatkan seorang baby. Dia memutuskan mengikuti suaminya yang bekerja berpindah2 tempat mengelilingi dunia. Meski sampai hari ini dia belum berhasil mendapatkan baby, tapi mungkin dia sekarang bahagia bisa berdekatan dengan suaminya and trying to do their best to have a baby. Ato beberapa hari yang lalu, saya mendapat e-mail dari seorang teman di bangku kuliah yang tetap melajang di usia nya yang hampir 36 tahun. Mungkin karena desperate ato pasrah...setiap kali ada kesempatan untuk curhat, dia selalu bilang..."cariin gw laki donk..gw gak mau pacaran nih, gw mau MENIKAH..." Sebagai teman, saya tentu prihatin, melihat hal tersebut and wishing all the best for them. Tapi diatas semua itu, setiap kali saya melihat keadaan2 yang mungkin kurang menguntungankan buat orang2 di sekitar saya, saya merasa jauh lebih bahagia dan mensyukuri hidup yang saya miliki. Hidup saya mungkin jauh dari sempurna tapi so far Tuhan begitu sayang kepada saya dan itu menjadi satu alasan kuat untuk bersikap bahagia setiap saat. Meski ada juga saat2 dimana saya juga merasa kesal dengan banyaknya masalah di dalam hidup saya dan ujung-ujungnya saya merasa ...down tapi satu hal yang mengendap di bawah sadar saya bahwa semua kesedihaan-kebahagian, keberuntungan-kemalangan, manis-pahit, atas-bawah adalah hukum yang terjadi di alam semesta ini. Dengan memahami kenyataan bahwa tidak setiap saat roda hidup kita di atas ato di bawah, kita bisa merasa lebih bersyukur dan berbahagia setiap saat...!!!

Spiritual Relationships: Finding Your True Partner

Have you spent years looking for Mr. Right, or Ms. Right? Do you feel like you come up empty each time, or even worse- end up repeating an old pattern with the same type of person again and again?

It’s an uncomfortable reality for so many of us as we look to be in a relationship with someone. Our requirements may be unconsciously stemming from old emotional patterns within our psyche. Those patterns may have been formulated in early childhood, during puberty, or even from our ‘first love’. Each time we grow into a new relationship, we hope that we have learned enough from the sum of our previous experiences to say that we are prepared to reap the harvest of our true partner. Unfortunately, if unfinished business still resides within your mind and heart, it will eventually surface in the new relationship.

Recently one of my clients came to me with this same trouble. She had recently found a wonderful new relationship, or shall we say it found her. Everything was going so well, they were getting to know each other and really felt committed to each other. Then, it happened. She started getting angry. She had a sharp edge to her voice and was quick tempered with people. It was like she had her ‘claws out’. She was so happy- what could be wrong?

Well, she was happy. She was so happy in fact, that she was feeling safer than she had in years. That’s a good thing, right?

Of course it is. It means that the safety made her feel comfortable enough to let down the walls around her heart and the old heart wounds were starting to pour out- all over the place. She was safe enough to allow herself to be vulnerable. In that vulnerability she had given herself permission to let go of the old pain, hoping to make way for the new love her heart was beginning to feel for her partner. It was a wonderful step forward!

What happened next? When we talked about her anger and we made the connection that she was protecting some very old pain and wounding, she began to drop the anger and connected to the sadness. She went through a period of grieving and during that time, was able to talk with her partner about the old wounding. It actually resulted in bringing them closer together. They had crossed a threshold in their relationship, taking it to a new spiritual level. Now, they both feel as if they are headed toward a true partnership.

How did they get this far? They trusted each other. They also trusted in themselves enough to know that the old wounding was in fact something very old. They are able to bear witness to the pain as it was being released, and it made the bond between them stronger, knowing they could unite in the face of grief and pain.

It opened the door into their hearts a little wider because they were healing consciously.

What steps do we take to find a true partner?

We start with our self. Until we can be a true partner to our own feelings, we do not know how to be a partner to someone else.

If we are not willing to face our own vulnerability and our past wounds, how can we face them in another?

True partnership is not all champagne and roses. It’s not stories about soft fuzzy bunnies and breakfast in bed every morning. True partnership is about being there for another person during their high times and even their low times. It is about being real with your self and with the other person. We all have emotional patterns, some leftover baggage and none of us wake up out of bed with perfect hair and makeup. We are human beings living human experiences. Finding someone who will be a true partner to you in that reality means facing that same reality in yourself first. In other words, be a true partner to your self in order to be a true partner to another. Then you will be open to allow that partnership to find you.

Generally you pick up on the things that resonate with your beliefs and your view of the world. This is why, when you’re feeling bad, bad things rain down on you relentlessly.

Happy people are not necessarily fortunate people in the sense of everything in their life being hunky-dory. How many people do you know who have good relationships, good health, financial security and are still discontented, bored or only half-alive? I can certainly think of a few.

Happy people are the people who have learned to modify their mood, manage their emotions and choose their reactions. Language, which we all have, is the sole tool that they need to do so.

You end up believing what other people tell you, when they tell you something often, or convincingly enough. How many times have you found yourself believing some daft, but effective, advertising slogan, despite your better judgment? How many times have you reviled yourself for being lazy, or stupid or worthless, even when you know that is not really you, because that’s what you’ve been told repeatedly?

If you’ll see it when you believe it, then the first thing to do is choose beliefs that serve you. You can do that because you only have to tell yourself a thing often enough and you will believe it. Unless, of course, your real mantra is: “Well, I’ll try it, but I know it won’t work for me.” In which case it won’t –because you’ll get what you’ve affirmed.

But you can choose an affirmation that allows your spirit to soar. You can start from wherever you are with whatever words seem most appropriate to you. Purely as an example, you could choose to affirm something like: “I now give myself permission to celebrate my strength, my uniqueness and my precious humanity.”

Say it once and nothing will happen. Say it several times each day, over a period of weeks and old limiting beliefs will start to lose their hold.

Or you could do it the way Sandy Forster advocates in “How To Be Wildly Wealthy Fast”. Instead of just saying your affirmation, you go through it, putting the stress on the first word first time round, the second word second time round and so on until you reach the last word.

An affirmation of 15 words, like the one above will probably take you 2 or 3 minutes to work through. By the time you’ve finished, it will have interrupted any habitual negative loop and lifted your spirits.

Do that a few times a day, when negative thoughts kick in and it won’t be that many days before you start to feel different. And when you start to believe different things, you’ll start to see different things.

Yes, it’s cheap, cheerful and ridiculously simple. Often what stops you achieving something you truly want is not the enormity or the complexity of the thing. It may just be a small, but crucial bit of information you lack, without which nothing seems to make sense.

The question is: are you prepared to give it a go?

Positive affirmations are powerful tools to help you manifest what you desire into your life. This is not a new concept but now that science has documented a new energy field, simply called The Field, that they say is the primary component of all things, positive affirmations have new and powerful meanings.

Everything that exists is made up of energy in the form of radiating wavelengths. The denser the form, a rock for example, the lower the energy levels, at the other end of the spectrum there exists things that have high levels of energy. These high energy level forms are things like light, colors, and thoughts.

Yes, thoughts!

You see, the things we think about are sent from us as energy and permeate the things and people around us. Everything starts as a thought! Ford motor company started as a thought in the head of Henry Ford, it was his idea of bringing the automobile to the masses that created the Ford Empire we know today. The skyscrapers that line our beautiful cities, at one time, were thoughts in an architect’s mind.

In order to understand the power of positive affirmations we need to better understand the power of our thoughts. The things we think about continuously will materialize in time. Therefore, it is important to always think positive thoughts. When you spend your time thinking about what you lack in life, all you will ever have is lacking. In order to acquire all that you wish for you must focus on it with laser accuracy and put a plan in place to achieve it. Affirmations give us this focus and keep us going in the right direction.

Thoughts, when focused on and combined with passion, in time, are manifested into reality. That is the power of positive affirmation, it is the repeated reading of a statement or thought that gets into the sub-conscious mind and radiates from us to attract the necessary means to bring forth that thought into reality.

It is the absolute knowing, with the absence of doubt, that you will acquire what it is you desire. It doesn’t matter if it is a material possession, love, or spirituality; we become the things that we think about. Unfortunately, if all we focus on is negative things or wishes all we will ever have is negativity and mere wishes.

By using positive affirmations and repeating our desires and goals daily in our thoughts we begin to manifest them into reality. Suddenly, changes begin to happen in our lives that begin to bring forth our desires. If we want more financial freedom and use affirmations aimed at acquiring more wealth then, almost miraculously, we get the promotion we wanted or our business takes a turn for the better providing the added income we desire.

This must be done in the sense that what it is you desire has already manifested itself. Do not use an affirmation that is stated as a want or desire. A good example in the case of financial freedom would be:

Wealth flows into my life like the water of the streams and rivers to the oceans. I have plenty of income to meet my needs, with lots left over to help my fellow man.

You notice that there is no asking for wealth or money it is stated as if you already have it. By sending this message out into the universal intelligence, the field, it will attract like energies and manifest itself into reality. Things that we perceive as miracles are the fruition of thoughts that have manifested themselves into reality. That is the power of prayer and meditation, God gives us what we ask for, good or bad!

Use this simple guide to let the power of positive affirmations help you in your life.

1. Write down on paper what it is you desire. It is best to keep this personal, sharing it with others only allows negativity into your mind. Society, family, and friends like to tell us that things can’t be done. They mean well but you do not want to let those thoughts enter your mind. Memorize the affirmation and remember to keep it in the sense that you already have what it is you desire.

2. In the morning when you have time to yourself repeat the affirmation 20 times. Make sure that it is stated with emotion and passion, not just stated out loud. Envision yourself with your desire and how you will be once it becomes reality. Repeat the process before you go to bed at night.

3. Any time you feel yourself doubting your desire or any negative thoughts enter your mind, clear your mind and repeat your positive affirmation. Do not let negative thoughts or setbacks deter your focus from achieving your desire.

4. Lastly, stay focused and be receptive to opportunities when they present themselves. The path to your desires may not come in the form that you envision! So pay attention and be alert to opportunity.

I hope this article has helped you see the potential in yourself and the power you have when you use positive affirmations. Setelah berasa dapat durian runtuh karena permohonan gw untuk mendaftar di Google AdSense di approved hari ini, ada hal lain yang bikin gw merasa super duper happy. Hari ini gw dapat 75.000....!!! Mungkin pada heran kenapa hanya dapat 75.000 tapi bisa happy kayak gitu? Jawabannya, karena meski baru sehari, tapi usaha gw udah keliatan hasilnya. Apakah itu????

Gini, kemarin gw iseng2 googling dan dapat info ada bisnis baru di internet. beneran baru karena baru re-launching tgl 26 januari 2009. Waktu itu gw liat di http://www.komisiekstra.com. My Google AdSense application has been approved...!!!

Setelah beberapa hari berharap-harap cemas, akhirnya...diapproved juga. Seneng banget sih. Maklum, dari beberapa sumber yang bisa dipercaya, mendaftar di Google AdSense, gak mudah. Malah kebanyakan ditolak. Meski tampilan website kita keren abis, tapi kalo content nya dianggap gak sesuai ama Google AdSense, yaaah...jangan harap deh diapproved. kalo ngeliat blog gw ini, jauuuh dari keren malah kesannya penuh sesak udah gitu dan berhubung baru bikin, jadi postingannya juga belum banyak. Jadi, pantas donk kalo gw ngerasa gimanaaa gituh..hehehe...

Pokoknya...hepiiiii banget....horeee...!!!!

Menunggu...

Menunggu emang gak pernah mudah dan benar-benar pekerjaan yang menjemukan. Apalagi kalo menunggu sesuatu yang memang kita inginkan. rasanya gw udah gak sabar nungguin timing yang pas buat jalan-jalan ke SG laghee.. Cuma sekarang tujuannya udah terarah dan jelas...(hehehe..apa cobaaa...???) Maksudnya sih, ini bakal jadi perjalanan yang penuuuh dengan perencanaan. Mulai dari budgeting sampai apa yang bakal di lakuin disana. Kalo masalah budgeting, harap maklum deh yeee, sekarang apa-apa mahal, apalagi yang namanya tiket pesawat ama hotel, bakal menguras dompet deh..and the thing is I wont dream abt staying @ Sheraton Tower again as I used to do..(karena Muahaaaal bangeet ...bisa gak makan neh,kalo gw nekat pilih hotel ini...). Apalagi nanti pas waktu Great Singapore Sale...walaaah...walaaah...yang ada bisa nyampe di SG tapi gigit jari karena gak bisa makan and ...belanja...hehehehe..

Oh ya, my hidden agenda sebenarnya pengen ke VivoCity karena gosipnya disana ada butik Esprit terbesar dan ada ....Marche...Setiap kali ke Marche,Wuiiih..kebayang deh tuh grilled chicken sausages dengan kejunya yang meleleh dan bikin orang lupa diri...hehehehe.. Juga suasana tempatnya yang nyaman. Waktu masih di Suntec City aja, meski ada di tengah-tengah perkantoran tapi suasananya homie banget. Defining the soul mate relationship as opposed to any other kind of relationship is not so hard once you understand what soul mates are all about. So few people really know how to go about doing this, but it’s not as difficult as it seems.
I had a client not too long ago tell me that she had been with a man for a long time and that she was positive she was totally in love with him—and not lust love—and that she didn’t know how to tell if he was her soul mate and if he felt the same. She wanted to know how she could tell, which is one of the more common questions I hear.

“I’m in love, but is it the real thing?”

The real thing. Just what is the real thing and how can you tell?

First of all, if you are in love with someone, he/she is your soul mate, but just as there are varying degrees of love, there are varying kinds of soul mates. It sounded to me like in this woman’s case, it was the companion soul mate to whom she was referring.

All companion soul mates, unless they choose not to for various reasons, involve intimacy on different levels. The other two kinds of soul mates—karmic soul mates and twin souls—rarely involve sexual relations. Hard to believe, but it’s true.

As with all companion soul mates, these people come into your life for a particular reason. Is it for marriage? Is it to produce offspring?

Only you can determine that as the relationship gets further along, but one thing is for sure: he or she is meant to be a part of your life. No two soul mates come together without a purpose. That is how you can differentiate acquaintances you meet in your daily life from people with whom you share a soul mate bond.

If you are in love, you are in love. You feel it, it makes you happy and fulfilled and you want to spend the rest of your life with this person. A natural thing to happen to two people who are soul mates.

However, if further down the road, the two soul mates should part because of differences, that soul mate was still meant to come into your life.

When two people come together as soul mates, there is a purpose for them to do so; but when that purpose has been realized as well as finalized, the two may part but that is not because they weren’t meant to be a part of each other’s lives.

It is because their mission together on earth has been accomplished.

When this happens, the two begin to feel as if they are drifting apart and they have no idea what is going on. Their inner self is trying to tell them that there are other soul mates out there that they need in their life in order to be complete.

Yes, it may be sad for one or even both partners, but this is the nature of things, especially if you are just starting out in life.

You need to go through necessary steps in order to be complete and it may take one, or it may take several, soul mates to help you with this, but every last one of them that come into your life are important, and necessary.

My advice is to: live, love, learn. Live to your highest expectations, love like there is no tomorrow and learn what each soul mate that enters into your life is meant to teach you about life, about yourself, and about why the two of you were brought together in the first place.

Once we learn to do this, we are that much closer to finding our higher self and on the road toward a productive and happy life.

Ask a couple what's the one thing they'd like to improve in their relationship and more often than not their answer will be communication. It seems the thing we take most for granted, our speech, is the one thing that has the power to build or destroy a relationship. If you find communication is an area you'd like to improve in your relationship, take a few moments and read over the following tips and ideas for a better relationship through communication.

1. Communication is a power - don't abuse it.
As with any condition of power, the quickest way to ruin is by abusing it. Remember that your words have long lasting effects, even more so than you may realize. In the future, the reason why you were arguing or having difficulties may not be remembered, but the feelings and words you conveyed will be. If you feel yourself about to say something demeaning or unneccesary, stop yourself and don't say anything at all. Try other tactics like going out for a walk, writing in a journal, cleaning or doing something creative instead.

2. Communication is a power - use it!
If you have a tool that will make you the wealthest person in the world, not using it would seem to be the most absurd thing possible. The same applies to communication. By taking the time to let the person in your life know how you feel and how much you love and cherish them, you'll be taking your relationship to a new level. Both sexes love to hear how wonderful they are, and how much they are appreciated. If you're not taking the time out to tell your partner these things, then you're wasting the best tool for your relationship that you have.

3. Unspoken communication.
Have you ever watched a movie where the most powerful and moving scene was the one where no one spoke at all? Let this work for you the next time you want to truly convey your love. Spend some time everyday just looking at each other, not speaking at all. Use your other senses to express what you're trying to communicate. You might just be surprised at how much you enjoy this time together.

4. Communicating without realizing it!
Sometimes I find the moments that ended up being the most important and special to me happened when I wasn't even aware of it at the time. Create these moments for yourselves by keeping engaged in activity. Don't just sit in front of the TV and watch show after show. Play board games, listen to music, give each other back rubs, talk about your dreams, play on the computer together, go for a walk, paint a room, wrestle... your options are endless. If you haven't guessed, the point is to do something that is fun for both of you! You'll find that the more time you spend together in activites, the less time or desire you'll have for communication problems.

Derita PMS (Pre Menstrual Syndrome)

Mungkin ini 'sisi gak enaknya' menjadi wanita, hampir-hampir semua mengalami PMS dari level yang paling ringan (uring-uringan ato moody) sampai level berat (seperti sakit kepala yang bikin bete,perasaan kayak ngidam sama makanan tertentu, susah tidur, badanpada pegel-pegel sampai perut yang berasa muleeees banget)... **Sigh** Sumpaaah..ini bukan hal yang mudah dilalui begitu saja. Dari googling dari beberapa sumber,ternyata hampir 80% wanita mengalami gejala PMS..(wuuiih...Thanks GOD..ternyata diluar sana banyak 'teman sependeritaan" yaaa..hehehe..) .

Sebenarnya penyebab PMS apa sih? Dari beberapa sumber menyebutkan bahwa perubahan hormon yang berpengaruh besar dalam terjadinya PMS. Istilahnya sih changing hormone level dan kondisi ini diperparah dengan hadirnya stress danproblem-problem emosional lainnya.Kemudian, kira-kira gimana sih menanggulangi PMS? Ada beberapa saran sih, diantaranya :

2. olah raga teratur

3.makan 4 sehat 5 sempurna

4. mengurangi garam,gula,kafein dan alkohol

5. tidur cukup, paling tidak 8 jam per hari
